As a teacher of Chinese for beginners, I’ve found Hihilulu really effective. The way it organizes characters by components is like building with Lego blocks—kids quickly see how characters come together. Whether they’re little ones or teenagers, they can grasp the structure through games in a natural way. The everyday-scenario speaking practice is also great for helping them pick up words and expressions without pressure. With just 5–10 minutes of daily practice plus 1–2 hours of class a week, I’ve seen my students make clear progress in a short time.
