2. Customized proposal
We will work out a customized program for your students according to your needs and schedule. Please note, a minimum of students is required.
3. Start your course
Next, we’ll sign a contract, and begin preparing your program from completion of paperwork to communication with parents. After you’ve confirmed the registration, we’ll introduce you to your teacher then start the program.
FAQs
When do the holiday camps take place?
The summer camp takes place during the first two weeks of July and the last week of August. All other camps take place during the first week of the seasonal holiday.
How is the holiday camp funded?
Most schools have a standard holiday camp tariff which is charged to parents. Otherwise we will advise a tariff according to market price. Schools will then inform parents of the program for registration and payment in advance.
Are your teachers background checked?
Yes. All our teachers are fully vetted and background checked according to the laws of the country in which they work. Once we have signed a contract and allocated you a teacher, we will provide you with the relevant documents.
Can we customize the program?
Our courses are based on our standard language curriculum. This includes a range of topics and content split over several modules, which we can adapt to suit your school’s needs. You can also tailor the schedule of your program.
When should we book a holiday camp?
We ask that you contact us 2-3 months before your desired start date. This allows enough time to schedule your program, allocate a teacher, and gather registrations.
