Today is Earth Day!

April 21, 2020

April 22 marks the 50th anniversary of Earth Day.

This should not only be a day that reminds us of the relation between human and earth planet but a call for real long-lasting engagement in protecting the place, where we rely on for food, freshwater, air, and livelihoods.

While being confined at home, we witness that nature continues its pace with or without us, blooming of green arrays and flowers, embracing animals’ return……

This coronavirus pandemic has no much bright scenes to say but may show us that “nature does not need people, people need nature. ”

hihilulu always engages in the early education of sustainable development. We believe protecting our environment is to protect the future of human beings.

We strongly recommend you to watch the documentary film “Nature is Speaking” of Conservation International. Directed by Lee Chow, the director of TBWA Media Arts Lab, and narrated by Hollywood actors, including Julia Roberts, Penélope Cruz, Kevin Spacey, and Ian Somerhalder, this series had won the Clio Award and praise from UN. These short films give nature a powerful voice and raise public awareness of the value of nature! Enjoy!
